Head Loss

Hello,

I have a chamber that is bolted into piping that I have modelled, meshed, and imported into fluent. The boundary condition at the inlet is a velocity inlet and the outlet is a pressure outlet. I need to know how, after solving, I can figure out head loss through the chamber.

Thank You,

Re: Head Loss

report/surface-integrals choose area-weighted method choose total pressure choose your inlet and compute do the same with your outlet, your head loss will be the difference between the inlet and the outlet value
