Fluent - OpenGL driver

When I use fluent I get the following:

OpenGL driver was requested but is not available in this Hoops.

Kindly advice to circumvent this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Fluent - OpenGL driver

If you are on a Linux machine as i suspect, you could use in a Terminal something like:

fluent 2ddp -driver x11

or

fluent 3ddp -driver x11

I hope this could help you.

Hello CfdNewbie,

Your advise has worked like charm. I had problems only with few linux distros like fc6 and f7 and never with fc5. So I was stuck. Thanks for your help.

To use opengl driver in fluent on Fedora/Debian/RH linux create file /etc/issue.suse with line:
Code:

SuSE Linux 9
