Default error when creating an injection

Hello all,

I know that this is probably something simple, but I am just trying to create an injection using the Injections... panel, and I get the error:

Error: CAR: Invalid argument [1]: wrong type [not a pair] Error Object: ()

Has anyone seen this before? I have used this plenty of times and have never run into this seemingly cryptic message.

Matt
