Time step reduce in 1 cell

Default Time step reduce in 1 cell

Hi fellows, I am running a simulation consisting of over 1 Million cells. After I initialize and run few iterations it says:

"time step reduced in 1 cells" and "Time step reduce in 2 cells" and so on Also sometimes it gives: "Absolute pressure limited to 2E-10" Kindly help me out is there any problem in Courant no currently took as 1
