Default plain orifice atomizer with heterogeneous reaction?

I want to model a combusting injection in Fluent 6.3. why when "plain orifice atomizer" is selected in injection type, the droplet type "combusting" is inactive?
doesnt this type of injection work with heterogeneous reaction?

activate species transport model first.
