what is 'interior' boundary type

Hello,

What is the use of boundary type 'interior' in Gambit/Fluent. Is there any example available in tutorial.

Many Thanks.

Hi, 'interiour' means, there will be a surface, but it's not a wall, it's just "artificial", used for evaluation data in postprocessing. the interiour surface does not change the flow field

interior types mean fluid can freely flow through them
