I am new to fluent. I am trying to plot Radial position(m) on the x-axis and Axial Velocity(m/s) on the y-axis. Can anyone help me how to plot these graphs as i need to specify the radius at particular heights.

Thank you in Advance.

I assume you are working on a 2D model and the axial length is in the x axis. If you are using different axes, just translate it around. I am sure you can manage. These are the steps:

1. Create an iso surface -> constant grid -> X 2. Enter the value of X within the limits (this corrresponds to the height from the origin reference point) 3. Create the surface. 4. PLOT XY -> select the surface -> set X direction 0 -> set Y direction 1 -> select axial velocity and plot

The desired plot should appear.

Cheers!

Thank You for the help. Actually i am using a 3D model of a cyclone seperator. I tried following the steps but could not create a Iso-surface. Is it possible i can send you the Cas and dat file with a picture of what I am trying to achieve. Thank you in advance.
