Are NS equations valid at very low pressure ??

What is the bottom pressure limit for NS to be valid in Fluent? I already know the theory of Knudsen Number and mean free path as mentioned in other discusion here... just want to know realistic pressure value above which Fluent calculates continuum flow correctly.

Anyway, does anyone have any experience with compresible gas flow at nearly vacuum conditions (1 - 200 Pa)? From my simulations, it seems that standard Fluent NS equations underpredict the flow field which is much slower than in experiment.

Thanks Jiri
