We plan installation 64 bit cluster on Iinuxamd64 platform. Gateway connections will be Ethernet. In descriptions on parallel calculations is said, that it is possible to use hp mpi, intel, net (socket). Questions: 1. Whether it is possible to use mpich for ethernet? 2. Which of mpi protocols is the most effective?
