Application of periodic boundary conditions to 2 bladed wind turbine

Hi,

I've finally managed to successfully mesh a turbine blade within a semicylindrical fluid domain. I am now trying to apply periodic boundary conditions to the model. Can anyone explain the process involved, especailly how to apply the boundary condition on the base of the semicylinder?
