hai friends i have a doubt that is polyhedral meshing is availabel in Gambit or in ICEM CFD . Please send me some article link if possible.

Polyhedral isn't available in Gambit. You can only convert your tetrad mesh into polyhedral within fluent 6.3.x (it is just embedded in fluent, not in gambit)

You can also export a mesh as a polyhedral type from TGrid but this is for hexcore to convert the transitional cells. All cells will be tagged as a polyhedral type however. This is to avoid hanging nodes but these meshes cannot be read back in to TGrid/Gambit once converted.
