Default Perturbed boundary nodes

Hi everyone

I have imported a bathymetric shape into GAMBIT and have a problem with perturbed boundary nodes, this is something i posted a few weeks back. Ive mucked about with it quite a bit but am none the wiser.

The question i ask is, how do you "smooth" geometry to avoid small gaps? What does 'smoothing' actually mean? People keep telling me to do this but, as a beginner, im not really at the 'smoothing' stage as yet.

Let me know what you think!

Cheers

Dave
