Where to place reference pressure location?

May I know where one should place the reference pressure location under Operating conditions? I'm simulating non compressible flow in a rectangular duct. Should I put it right at the outlet or somewhere far far away? I was wondering whether this has anything to do "reverse flow" which happens sometimes.

Ok. I think I found the answer. Should put it in the domain.

If the reference pressure location at origin (0,0,0) which is far from domain then can this affect the Wall Shear Stress (WSS) results for the specified geometry?
