RSM viscous model in bifurcator case

Hi,

I am using the RSM viscous model to model the flow of air and coal particles in a pipe system leading to a bifurcator. ie I have one entry and 2 exits and I am monitoring the DPM concentration at the two exits.

The problem so far is that I am able to duplicate the results obtained by my supervisor on the same cases 3-4 years ago,him using an old version of FLUENT and I am using fluent 6.3.26.

Furthermore, I haven't been able to reach to a stabilized solution, and the DPM concentration is fluctuating over time at every DPM iteration.

Any help would be appreciated.Thank you
