Can fluent do such anaylsis

hi every body i have a problem hot fluid and the orther is cold fluid flow through two concentric pipes; my question is can i calculate using fluent heat transfere through the wall of the inner pipe { solid zone and fluid zone at same time } if yes ;how? thanks in advance.
