Hi,

I have just received a new workstation wich has a Quad core Xeon and works with windows XP 64

I tried to set up parallel processing but it's not working. I set to 4 the number of processor in the launcher architecture win64 MPI types msmpi machine list or file on the host.txt where there is 4 times the names of the computer.

When I launch Fluent it doesnt write an error but when I read a file, I have:

Error: read-case: invalid machine Error Object: #f

Please help me!

Thank You

Please have a try with mpich2 instead of msmpi, which is only valid for Windows CCS.

In addition, if you want to only run on your local machine, please don't provide any machine file, i.e., keep that field blank.

Good luck.
