Meshing Wind Tunnel

Hello All,

I am currently meshing a wind tunnel with no moving ground. I am wondering whether it is possible to tell gridgen to vary the first point of my boundary layer mesh in order to have a uniform y+ throughout the length of the wind tunnel. Is that possible? I am asking this because the wind tunnel section is quite long and there is some square roughness throughout the section until the test area.

Secondly, for frontal area what value is the best to calculate drag. There is also a fence in front of the roughnesses + the roughness patches themselve. Must I calculate the frontal area of the small square blocks as well as the fence area or just the fence will do?

Thanks in advance. Naz.
