I don't think Fluent ever releases SPs, it rather introduces completely new releases or versions. In version 6 and release 3, latest was 6.3.33 and after that they released R4. No service packs.

My version is 6.3.26. Does that mean we just installed an old version? How do we install the latest version? I have to do it myself ... our IT guy isnt too clued up.

I don't think there is any official release of 6.3.33; not on their website.

6.3.33 is also an Official Release of Fluent because we have it in our company. And Paul, installation in your system depends on availability and for Windows I think they have not released 6.4 yet. We use HP-UX and for that Fluent's latest release is 6.4.3 or 6.4.7. But if you do reacting flow analysis better stick to 6.3 because 6.4 does have some problem with reacting flow.

Official Fluent-releases always have an even version number. And the last official is 6.3.26. But if you have problem with specific bugs in the offical release, Fluent can provide you with an beta or internal release, that is, one with odd version number such as 6.3.33.

Fluent 6.4 are in beta-status. Last offical beta is 6.4.7. A new, stable, one is coming in the next couple of week if I've understood things correct.
