incomplete particles

Hi CFD people I face a problem of incomplete particle with DPM iteration. I increase the number of step but it doesnt help that much and become really long to converge. So what could be the reason to get incomplete otherwise? Actually some of my incomplete particule looks like if they are stopping just before a wall ( which is not set up as a trap). Could it be one of the reason that my particule is bigger than the cells next to the wall? I will be pleased to get new advices thank you

Hi dear friend, I don't imagine that your incomplete particle is bigger than the cells next to wall, because in these situations Fluent should announce that particle was trapped. I think that your particles are in a circulation region and can't take away from this region.

you probably right, but on the track particle i dont see the particule movement in the dead zone. It just look like it stop next to the wall without to be trapped. thank you anyway
