Default 3D axis switching in a turbulent jet

Has anyone correctly modeled an elliptical or rectangular turbulent 3D jet (exhausting into the atmoshere) which shows axis switching. I am using pressure boundaries. I have attempted this with the RSM model however I can not get the axis switching to show. The comp. domain is a rectangle 10x10X10 of the jet diameter with approximately 2 million nodes. Any ideas?
