can anyone tell me how much the value of contact angel for (water-air) flow over each other must I set at wall boundary?

HI: It depends on your surface material. The contact angle can vary a lot. It is surprisingly difficult to find a good reference with contact angle data for different surfaces. For example, on steel you might use 75deg, but on typical quartz you would use maybe 30deg. Note also that what you enter into Fluent depends on which phase you defined as the primary phase (see user guide).
