I try to model cavity noise distribution using acoustic analogy in Fluent. Does anyone have any idea how to visualize dilatation field in Fluent achieving pictures like that?

Can anyone explain for me what this dilatation means?

Hello Novak,

Did you manage to compute the dilatation field (del rho / del t) in fluent (pressure-based solver)?

Thanks
