fermentation
 

Hello,

i´m trying to simulate a fermenter with stearing. It´s a two phase fermentation, primary phase is water and its aerated with air. how can i set a water level of 2/3? i tried to simulate it with a pressure outlet on the side of the fermenter, where i set a gauge pressure, but therefore i have feed water all the time via the pressure outlet (backflow), which matches not the reality. Can anybody help me? thanks already!
