Tank Outlet Boundary conditions

Hi, i`m simulating a sirred tank. It's a two phase system, with water aerated with air. I want to create a pressure outleton top of the tank just for the air, is it possible that just the air flows out and the water is hold back? Because i want to hold the waterlevel, and the problem is that the water also flows out through the outlet and the waterlevel sinks. How do i have to define the boundary conditions? Thanks for your help!
