tangential fired boiler simulation

Hello everyone! I'm done tangential fired boier simulation ,Now I draw a structured mesh.I think it fit the air flow. when I simuated in 80~90 step ,It occur turbulent visosity ratio ,In this time the air flow is good fit the experiments. but when the simulation is convereged, The air flow is bad and happened crossflow diffusion.
