Suppressing messages

Is there any way of suppressing the messages Fluent delivers during iteration?

For instance if I have pressure-inlet or outlet I don't want to see the 'reversed flow' message in EVERY iteration flooding my screen.

Re: Suppressing messages

same problem i also phased with my project

after i cleared this problem

what ever the fluent giving "reversed flow" during iteration is correct, it is operating in its operating condition given by you

i did a compressor proublem,so many days i got this reversed flow i didnt get the result what i want, then finally i came to know that i operated the compressor in surge condition (reverse flow only will come in surging of compressor),then i made it in normal condition.

can u clearly explain about your proublem?

Re: Suppressing messages

I think you misunderstood the issue here! I'm not worried about the reversed flow, if it's correct or why there is a reversed flow. I just want to suppress the message so that it doesn't APPEAR on my screen while iterating.

Re: Suppressing messages

You can let the message not appear in your window by the GUI just go to solve menu then select set then flow-warnings and press enter then you will see the following message: enable flow warning messages? [yes]

hence if you not want see the messages choose NO and fluent will not display it again.
