Default Help needed in Configuring Parallel Computing

Recently we got 1 serial and 7 parallel licenses for parallel computing of Fluent. And We have the following hardware 1. Server with 2xdual core xeon processor with WIN CCS 2003 64 2. Server with 2xdual core xeon processor with WIN CCS 2003 64 3. Workstation with dual core xeon processor with WIN XP 64 and NVDIA FX1500graphics card 4. Desktop PC with dual core Intel processor with WIN XP 64. 5. Gigabit ethernet switch 10/100/1000 to connect all the above systems

For the best performance, I need to know where to install license server and which one to chose as host with cortex while considering the two servers as compute nodes (0,1,..7).

Thanks in advance.

You may need to get the FLUENT6.3.33 and newer versions to use HP-MPI for XP clusters.

Thanks rj

Actually we got Fluent 6.3.26 which is the latest (Fluent 6.4 beta version only available). The servers are actually HP make. By the way what is XP stands for in XP clusters you mentioned. Assuming that we got the latest Fluent version and relevant MPI, can you please throw some light in configuring the system, like where to install license server and which one to chose as host with cortex while considering the two servers as compute nodes (0,1,..7).
