Dear All,

I intend to simulate a down draft biomass gasifier considering it as a porous bed. I would also like to get the pressure drop & temperature across the bed. I would also like to know the gas composition, CV and the temperature of the gas at the outlet.

I could model the cold porous bed and get the pressure drop and velocity profiles in the reactor. Further help me out to initiate the chemical reactions.

Kindly help me out; your inputs are highly valuable to me.

I am Keran patel from Ahmedabad,Studying M tech in Thermal Engg.I've ur thesis of M Tech. which u submitted in 2006-08 under the guidence of Dr. S Maji and Dr. B .B. Arora..

My Project is similiar to urs with a l'ii bit change in model.Bt i can not initiate the combustioin in my model.I kindly request u to help me out.My settings of the model are as below:-

Settings :
