Default boundary condition in 2D mesh

i'm doing about electrostatic precipitator effieciency using fluent 6.3. I have problem about the boundary condition as i need to key in the electric field,ion charge density and particle fate. I do not know how to do it.

I do hope that i can get any help in it. Thanks for your help and concern
