Default compiled UDF....HOW?

hi all the forum: HOW to get the fluent opened from the visual studio prompt command ?..to use a compiled UDF i must open fluent from the command prompt of visual studio... how can I do that...any one have steps or something?

Hello Shehab,

normally this should also work with the Fluent GUI. You need Visual Studio installed on your computer. Then open Fluent and your cas (and dat) -file and go to Define -> User-Defined -> Functions -> Compiled and Add your udf-file there. First Build and then Load it.

I read something about the visual studio prompt command at the udf-Manual, but I didn't get it, too. But this way works also ...
