Default How to give transient air flow

Hi Friends,

I am doing project in tranisent air flow analysis in engine manifold in that my boundary condition will vary with respect to time and my boundary condition is inlet velocity with respect to time so how to give this transient flow in Fluent....... Please help me....... Thanks in advance..........
