radial fan model bc's

hi,

i am modelling the flow inside closed notebook chassis. there is a radial fan in it, and i want to model it as a simple bladeless flow inlet outlet. i know the pressure and flow rate of the fan. i modelled the fan as a 3d block and defined planes for inlet and outlet on that block. i donot mesh inside the fan, just meshed the air inside the chassis. i was trying intake fan and exhaust fan bc's;but this does not work. the mass flow rates of the two planes has to be same i think..

any advice for the bc's? thanks

Im not sure but I think you should check-interior>fan boundary condition. I try to do sth similar but i dont imput any face boundary condition. So if you find any info please share it :)
