NOx model

Hi there,
I'm trying to use the NOx model in Fluent, for both thermal and prompt NO, but the results are drastically under-predicted. The solution I'm using gives reasonable agreement with experiments, but the NOx levels are underpredicted by a factor of around 100. I'm using the partiall-premixed flamelet model, with a 37 species reduced methane mechanism. It says in the user guide that the premixed model is incompatible, but that the partially premixed is compatible. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks Phil |
