Meaning of Backflow Turbulent Viscosity Ratio?
 
hi friends,

i hv this problem of setting the right value of Backflow Turbulent Viscosity Ratio in Fluent, cos i dun really understand its significance. can anyone enlighten me what this ratio composes of? and how can i arrive at a suitable value for my application?

backflow-potentially reversed flow at exit, Turbulent viscosity ratio:5%-10% is normal,for high turbulence flow, about 10% is ok;
