simulating heat flow in the buildings

Hi.. I am beginner in CFD and I want to know how to simulate heat flows in the buildings, buoyancy effect of natural ventilation in the building with a side opening and a stack. Can somebody help me on this????

Re: simulating heat flow in the buildings

Create a domain of ur interest with 4 walls, side ventilation etc.

Define the known temperatures at each wall of the domain, give proper air ventilation BC's and switch on gravity to simulate buoyancy effect that accounts for natural convection. if u r more specific on ur requirements, I can answer u better.

Hii..

Thank you for reply. From where I can get the heat generation rate or I leave it as default zero..
