Default Non-conformal grid interfaces: wall temperature

Hi everybody!!!

I'm simulating a compression chamber in which a piston movement is prescribe. I have used non-conformal grid interfaces to connect this compression chamber to another fluid volume. The same wall temperature is defined for the non-overlapping portion created by the grid interface connection and the other wall surfaces which form the chamber. However, when I plot temperature contours for a plane in the middle of the cylinder, it seems that non-overlapping portion is adiabatic. There is no visible temperature gradient as in the other walls, but the heat transfer flux appears to be right (and different from 0).

Does anybody have some idea about what can be happening?
