mass flow rate on the Iso-clip surface & interior

Hello,

I want to break the interior surface into different sections to get mass flow rate in diff sections ...that i can do by using iso-clip surface. I have one interior surface and clip that surface 100% just to validate that watever mass flow rate are same.......that means clipped surface will be same as interior surface....so i clip the interior 100% to name se clip-surface1 and check the mass flow rate...i got surprise to get different mass flow rate for interior surface and 100% clip surface...why does it so happen??..waiting for reply ..thanks :)
