Scheme Programming in Fluent

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the english translation of Scheme Programming in Fluent by Mirko Javurek. There was a post on the Wiki forum last year about getting it put onto this site but I cannot find it anywhere.
Any help would be gratefully received. James |
