Dissolving particles [blood clots] by using a UDF

Hi everyone,

I have got a question about DPM-Particles. The goal is to simulate the dissolving of fibrin clots in the blood flow, which is enriched with a drug.

Is it possible to change the particle diameter without a chemical reaction, but just by using an UDF and the concentration of the drug in the blood flow as an input?

Thank you very much

You can set up the injection to use a particle size distribution where you specify the min/max/average diameters. Is that what you mean?
