Hi,

I would like to know what the meaning of enthalpy is and its difference with sensible enthaply.

h = u + Pv

It is just a convenient energy bookkeeping tool for flowing media. The sensible enthalpy comes from the temperature increase or decrease, as opposed to chemical enthalpy which comes from a chemical reaction.
