Dynamic meshing-In-cylinder model

Hi, I am trying to simulate a piston with the in-cylinder model, but after i load the mesh in fluent it is not available this option, I cannot select it. ¿What could be the problem?.. Thanks.

Hi Friend,

I too have faced same kind of problem some times..... For that i have started my analysis from first calling the mesh file then enble the energy equation first then the dynamic mesh option will be highlighted.....

With regards, Raghu

If you want to use the in-cylinder model, you must first switch the solver to unsteady.
