Coupled boundary condition

At the interface between water and a solid, FLUENT creates a wall shadow boundary surface. We are including radiative heat transfer in the model. How should we define the emissivity for the wall and the wall-shadow boundaries? Should it be the same and equal to the surface emissivity?
