Hi,
I am having trouble getting my laminar, steady state problem to converge. the geometry is a bath with a strip moving in the bath from top side and rotating around a roller, and then going outside from the other side of the roller. the problem is not converging I have tried SIMPLE,SIMPLECO, COUPLED, with very small relaxation factors ~0.3, and none of them work. the velocity of strip is around 0.5 m/s, and the divergence starts where the roller and strip meet. I have adapted mesh to about 20 times denser in that area, but it does not help.

please let me know if you have any idea.
Thanks
Vadia
