Default Vessel Filling Tutorial?

Hi folks,

Does anyone have any links/url or advice on how to tackle vessel filling CFD using fluent?

Basically, only one inlet and boundary wall and no outlet. I'm trying to simulate the blood flow into the left ventricle of the human heart.
