From an experiment, I have static pressure at an exit plane at radial (mm) and circumferential (degrees) positions. There are 17 circumferential positions and 38 radial positions. How can I make a boundary profile of this data. I want to use this as a boundary condition at that plane.

See the fluent user guide on profile files as some examples are there. Its quite straight forward. Once created read in via define profiles and hook into boundary condition. Profiles are stored with the case file unlike udf's. Also ensure format of profile file is UNIX/Windows as appropriate. Use something like notepad++ to convert.
