Error in "Detonation" by Fickett and Davis

In page 154 of the book "Detonation theory and experiment" by Fickett and Davis (Dover publications),there is an error in the 4th chemical reaction: OH+OH=H2O+H. The left and the right are not in balance. What is the right one? thanks.
