Turbulent Viscosity limited while GOOD convergense

Hi,

I am modelling a 3d multiphase problem using the Eulerian Model. Some of the phases are granular. I am having good convergence (every 25 itterations) but during the calculations i keep having the following message "Turbulent Viscosity limited to viscocity ratio of 10000 in xxxx cells"

Should i worry about the results or it is ok since my equations converge??

Thanks very much in advance,

Anastasios

Re: Turbulent Viscosity limited while GOOD converg

Pleas check where the TR is ( iso surface on the limit value) and varify that you have OK solution in that specific are ( velocity and K- eps levels). Changing the P-V coupling due to skewed mesh to PISO may improve. I suspect you have high skew/ High AR or wrong BC problem if this doesnt helt.

not necessarily something to worry about as there may indeed be locally high Re values in the domain. So you can increase the limit to 1e6 or the like in the GUI.
