recently I'm doing a simulation about using dynamic mesh,after complieing the UDF function,when I click Load to load the user-defined function library that Ijust compiled,the Fluent told me that : Error: open_udf_library: system didn't find the specified documentation
Error Object: () I don't know which step was wrong pls help me thanks! |

Hi Satum, Well i went through this problem when trying to compile a UDF.
I solved it as follows: First i installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Second i went to My start menu --> Fluent.inc products --> fluent6.1 --> Set environment and accepted to modify environment. Third i opened the microsoft's visual studio command prompt and run fluent from there. Hopefully you UDF will work now. Regards, Wissam Sakr. |
