Default Pressure Drop in terms of velocity

How can i defin ethe Pressure drop in terms of velocity? I have an equation which says teh relation between pressure drop (Pd) and velocity U as

Pd = A(U^2)+B(U)+C

How can i incorporate this relation in fluent?
