Unstructured Grid and Drag Coefficient

I am to obtain the Drag and Lift Coefficinets of a 3d complex geometry in the Fluent. As it is obvious, the Structured meshes can be used for such a problem. But the geometry is so complicated to generate structured meshes (or even it is hard to do it)! So I was wondering if it is possible to get Drag Coefficient with enough accuracy using unstructured meshes. has anybody have any idea, I would be thankful to know.

Dig up the results of the drag prediction workshops, that should give you some idea.
